Jack has been a member of the National Postal Mail Handlers Union since 1990. He has served as a Shop Steward with Local 318 ever since the Daytona Beach Branch opened in October of 1990. Jack played a major role in helping create the pleasant working conditions that Daytona's Mail Handlers enjoy today. Jack was recognized as an OutStanding Shop Steward by Local 318 in June of 1999. He has also served as a Judge of Elections.
