Quick Chicken A La King

1 cooked chicken breast, cut into pieces
1 1/2 Tbsps butter
1 tbsp flour
1/2 onion, chopped
1/2 tsp salt
1 tsp pepper
1/2 cup of sliced mushrooms
1 tsp tarragon
3 tbsps yogurt
1/2 red pepper - diced
1 tbsp parsley
Melt the butter and stir in the flour. Gradually add water until you make a thick sauce. Stir in the onions. Add the spices, chicken pieces and mushrooms. Stir in the yogurt until the sauce is smooth. Sprinkle in the red pepper and parsley. Heat and serve.
