The dress is in a nylon based fabric with lots of shine and streach, this hot little number has what are either silk screened or hand painted flowers on each side of the halter style front, a row of fringe accents the chest area, and a daring slit up the left side! Can you say fantaboulous! There is a matching shawl with the silk screened(hand painted) florals and fringe!
