About Ordering, Shipping , Monetary Questions, and Returns
If you are using the form for a purchase this will ensure that the item is put on hold, or marked as sold. If using the form for Questions or Selling your items this will ensure that we get the information right away.
For Shipping we have a few different services to choose from.
UPS Standard, Second Day, or Overnight. US Postal Priority, or Express.
For International Orders we have UPS Air and US Mail.
We will send you an e mail with the total ( we only add shipping which is by weight).
Monetary Questions
We accept:Money Orders, and Cashiers or Personal Checks. Money orders and cashiers checks will ship when recieved, and check orders will ship after the check clears(usually 3 to 7 days). All prices on the site are in U.S. Funds.
Returns
We accept returns on all items purchased at this site, excluding auctions and Amazon.com orders. Our policy on returns is that you can return any item if it is not as stated in the description. When you want to return an item the item must be returned in the same condition the item(s)were sent we check over all items prior to shipping and save a detailed description. We need to be contacted when you need to make a return either by fax, phone, or email just so we know to expect the item. The item must be returned within 7 days. When we recieve the item and make sure it is in the same condition as it left in, we will issue a merchandise credit to be used on any item offered at The Loft.
