We pour Aluminum and Zinc-aluminum castings from ounces up to 70 pounds using the petro bond sand process.  Small molds are made on a jolt-squeeze line for fast production.  We do floor molding for larger molds.  Melting capabilities include a 100 pound electric furnace with a lift out crucible and 200 pound dip furnace.
