Watching Bikinis from afar
The waterfall's chill mist spray
Chased away the heat of the day
Not far away was the sea
And a dolphin popped up and talked to me!
"where am I?" he clicked and chattered
I wondered why he thought it mattered
"Are you beached, you know, grounded?"
"Oh no," said he, with a little elation,
"I'm from Alaska, here on vacation!"
"You gotta be kiddin'", I drunkenly smirked,
"You're a fish!, " The dolphin seemed irked
"And you're a monkey" I heard him blurt
Now I know I'm not tall but that really hurt
He said, "I am a mammal with graceful persuasions"
To which I retorted, "Yeah and I'm king of the Asians"
He stated my kind was without any cause
I'da kicked his butt, if I'd known where it was
I made an odd gesture and he flipped me a fin,
Told me it was his ocean and to never come in
I gave him a leer and said it was faulty
Full of jellyfish and way too salty
We gave each other as good as we got
That dolphin, I found, was a smart little snot
He wore me down in the end, I think
I said, "What the heck", and bought him a drink
