Custom Export Business Services is a small full service equipment exporting company established in 1997. I would like to thank you for visiting our website. We export a variety of equipment of all types but primarily, used off lease computer equipment. We also export cars, trucks, specialty vehicles, heavy equipment, recreational waterslides, jet skis and a variety of other equipment. We function as independent buyers, sales and sourcing agents for individuals either national or international, and small to mid sized companies of all types. Our mission is to cater to such companies or individuals that need reliable representation for the import or export of equipment of all types. We are a reliable connection to your importing or procurement needs. This site is constantly being updated. Our goal is to obtain and maintain you as a serious customer. Feel free to contact us with your requirements, we reply to you within a reasonable period of time. We provide services to both the national and international communities. | For international clients, companies do not have to be a member of this Bureau. If there is a complaint filed against any company you can do a search here and find out if there are unsolved problems from any company that was reported to them. All states in the USA have this Bureau and you need the state or county or company name or phone number to search the data base for any reported problems on a company.

REGARDING TRADE ISSUES:
1. We are serious exporters, buyers agents, sales agents and sourcing agents. We do not participate in offers that appear to have long lines of brokers between the end buyer and the seller. We offer equipment direct from the seller as independent sales agents.
2. All potential clients are not responded to. If we are unable to assist you in your area of interest or if your request seems frivolous, incomplete, or unrealistic we will decline to process your request. We do not spend much time with what seems to be unrealistic demands. All attempted frauds from a buyer or supplier will be exposed to as many people as possible!
3. As stated all products are offered directly from the seller as their independent sales agents.. Frivolous demands deteriorate the relationship with our sources and therefore we request only serious buyers and agents to contact us. If you cannot put funds in place within a reasonable period of time, we cannot help you.
4. Please provide complete information regarding your needs the first time you contact us, we will quickly inform you if we can meet your requirements. Inquiries without complete basic information will not be taken seriously.
5. Payment terms are acceptable only if they provide for complete payment of the equipment at the time the equipment is turned over to the shipping agents. Items will not be exported out of the country which are not paid for in full. Letters of Credit or not an acceptable from of payment. WE DO NOT ACCEPT LETTERS OF CREDIT! We will accept checks, business checks and bank drafts but rest assured these items will be checked and funds cleared prior to export. This is due to the number of fraudulent bank instruments coming from a certain part of the world.
6. Exact shipping costs will be provided once we have a confirmed order. Our own estimates can be provided to you or you can contact an importer on your end for shipping estimates.Shipping cost to you will always be actual cost of shipping.
7. We attempt to get the best prices possible from our sources. We cannot provide firm prices based on hypothetical situations.
8. Used equipment comes in a wide variety of prices. We need to have a desired price range to determine the feasibility of the transaction. You must have complete information regarding what you wish to purchase. There are several different specifications for items such as computers, cars, and basically anything that you can imagine. We cannot and will not quote
you prices for everything that is available in the whole country. If you do not know what you desire to purchase we cannot tell you.
9. Catalogs are not available for new or used equipment. Product information stays with the product. If the information sent to you by e-mail is not enough we cannot help you with your request.
10. When you contact us, please provide complete contact information, including your name, your location, company name if it applies and phone/fax numbers. ANYTHING LESS WILL NOT BE TAKEN SERIOUSLY.
11. .We do not do tender offers. We have found tender offers which request quotes for massive quantities of a product to be a complete waste of valuable time and resources. Presentation of such offers to buy seem to come in one or two sentences when in fact the actual tender to purchase and specifications are several pages long. WE WILL QUOTE NATIONAL BUYERS QUOTES ON GSA EQUIPMENT..
12. Last and most importantly, whether you are an importer or the actual buyer if you are not willing to put funds in place for your requested purchases, we have wasted valuable time and man hours corresponding.
