Meaning of the name: Zi Ran comes from a Chinese term which means "Nature". Men in Chinese means "Lineage". Therefore, Zi Ran Men Qigong refers to a systematic school of Chinese traditional Qigong which were practiced by the people of Nature Lineage.

History: Zi Ran Men Qigong has a long history, which originated from Taoism more than 2000 years ago. It developed to its summit in the Ming Dynasty, when Shun Xuanjin, the founder of comtemparary Zi Ran Men Qigong, obsorbed the cream of martial arts, medical science and other Qigong like the Qigong of Buddhism, Confusianism, etc. into it. Today, Zi Ran Men Qigong has obsorbed some comtemparary scientific theories and is improving day by day.
