In honor of the new millenium, quilters around the world are making "Y2K Charm Quilts." The goal is to collect 2000 different fabrics from 80 people swapping 25 "charms" each (plus an additional "signature block").
I chose a "Yellow Brick Road" layout for my Y2K Quilt, keeping the signature block together with each swap set. I planned the layout of lights, mediums, darks, and yellows within each set of charms I received, and the resulting yellow Irish Chain shows up nicely.
