We have spent much time in researching the law and analyzing the best possible ways for our customers to comply with them. Traditionally, companies have implemented “just get by” programs to become compliant and out of regulatory scrutiny. Our perspective on this and every product is to determine the positive impact of our deliverables and develop them in such a manner that their use will benefit a broad range of users. The main objective in Right To Know is for a company or organization to ensure that their employees are able to work in a safe environment and know where and what type of hazards may exist. One method, used widely in the manufacturing and services industry, is posted evacuation plans. These plans are also required by many local codes.
