Unlike so many other companies Vision for Life does not base compensation checks on
the sales of over-priced products. Our prices are very competitive. We can afford to
pay such outstanding commissions and bonuses based on a combination of the following facts:
- Vision for Life does not finance huge advertising campaigns, thus saving millions of dollars for the compensation budget.
- The nature of Network Marketing eliminates profit-depleting middlemen from the equation, resulting in substantially increased profits for the Independent Representative.
- Corporate buyers and financial planners like Mark Stevens are strategically inducting only the "cream of the crop" products that must meet the criteria of high profit margins, high inventory turnover, superior quality and exceptional value pricing.
- Vision for Life combines both short-term and long-term income potential into the plan.
Short and Long-term Income Potential
Unfortunately, not all companies adequately prepare for the long-term success
of its representatives. However, our compensation plan has been developed with success of the members of Vision for Life
as the primary goal. Vision for Life has met this shortcoming head-on with the implementation of
the Binary and Unilevel compensation plans. The Binary plan aims for short-term income while the Unilevel targets
long-term residuals. Read below to figure out what this means and to review a hypothetical example of this income-exploding process in action.
Upon becoming a representative, you will be assigned a Business Center. Each Business Center is divided into three parts: top, bottom left and bottom right.
You can earn commissions from each division based upon accrued points. Point values are attached to each product
in the Vision for Life lineup. (You also earn profits from retail sales concurrently).
- CREATE: By enrolling as an Independent Representative for $25. This fee purchases all the necessary start-up materials the company provides to jump-start your business.
- ACTIVATE: Activate at least one phase of your Business Center with 1000 points (personal sales volume) at the time of enrollment or over time. Remember, you must activate each of the three phases in order to earn commissions for those respective phases.
- DUPLICATE: Share our uniquely simple concept with others. Train, manage & duplicate your team members. Repeat steps 1, 2, 3.
Earning Money in the Binary Program
- $100 earned at 9,000 points with a minimum one-third on one side.
- $100 earned at 24,000 points with a minimum one-third on one side.
- $300 earned at 50,000 points with a minimum one-third on one side.
- At 50,000 points, you also receive one $5.00 prepaid phone card and the point total is reset to zero on each side.
- Silver Binary Plan pays out a maximum $500 a day six days a week.
- This is not what YOU personally sell, but what is purchased throughout your entire organization, hence, when you reset and start over, you will have many more people earning your 9000 points the second time around and so forth. Eventually (not long) you have enough volume to be making $500 a day to start.
Mandatory qualifications for the Binary Program:
- Must activate each phase to earn commission respectively.
- Must sponsor at least 2 IR's per phase to earn commission for that phase.
- Must maintain at least one-third of the point values on one side or the other to maintain commission qualification.
- Must purchase the monthly Business Volume to qualify for the following month's commissions.
The following example is based upon a person named Hillary who has qualified each of her three phases for commissions.
- The top phase (Phase 1) has two legs which we will call Phase 2 and Phase 3.
- Phase 2 has two legs also which we will call Team A and Team B.
- Phase 3 has two legs also which we will call Team C and Team D.
- Hillary sponsors Bill in Team A and Ronald in Team C.
- Team A accrues 3000 points and Team C accrues 6000 points. Hillary earns $100 check for Phase 1 (top center).
- Team A hits 8000 points and Team C hits 16000 points. Hillary earns another $100 check for Phase 1.
- Team A hits 17000 points and Team C hits 33000 points. Hillary earns $300 check and a $5.00 phone card for Phase 1.
- Hillary sponsors someone into Team B for 3000 points. She earns a $100 commission check for Phase 2. (17000 and 3000)
- Hillary sponsors someone into Team D for 3000 points. She earns a $100 commission check for Phase 3. (17000 and 3000) She now has 3000 points on each side for Phase 1's second time through.
- Each of the 3 Phases are now working together to earn commissions. Each can earn $500 a day (one cycle per center) six days a week.
