| The head has been designed to fit all capacity A Series engines including the 11 stud Cooper S. It is an 8 port Aluminium head designed to have combustion chamber volumes ranging from 17 to 29cc approx.
Designed to be a simple bolt on conversion this simplifies installation, as no camshaft change is required, because the standard valve positioning has been retained.

| The head kit consists of : |
- 1 x Heat treated (AA601)Aluminium head casting including including valve guides and hardened seats.
- 4 x 36mm gas flowed inlet valves
- 4 x 30mm gas flowed exhaust valves
- 8 x valve spring seat washers
- 8 x valve spring retainers
- 16 x valve collets (Cooper S)
- 1 x set of competition double valve springs (95-100 lbs on seat pressure)
- Polished alloy tappet cover
- Inlet manifold to suit twin Weber carbs
- 1 x set of heat treated extended head studs
- 4 x exhaust manifold flanges and mandrel bent primary pipes to assist with making an exhaust system or a
- set of extractors are available to suit eastwest and can be suitably modified for north south applications.
The set of extractors are available at extra cost.
