Terms of Services include, but are not limited to:

• A linkback image to our web site will be placed on your main index web page.

• We will work with most Web Servers. If you do not have your own Web Server we will locate space on a free Web Server for you. Your web site must comply with the terms and conditions laid down by this server.

• We use free web services for Guestbooks, URL redirectors, etc. Where these services require linkbacks, your site must comply with this request. We will provide these linkbacks to you free of charge.

• Basic Maintenance includes checking your web site for dead links and making minor text updates, if you require them.

• Images or backgrounds chosen can be of your personal collection, something you found in a shared clipart file, or from our non-exclusive collection. Copyright laws apply. You must disclose the URL or other source so that we may comply with author requirements. If the authors require linkbacks, we will provide these free of charge.

• Visitor counters and e-mail links:
  These will appear on your main index page. If you order additional counters and e-mail links from our Individual Services Menu, these may be placed on any of your remaining pages.

• Image(s) to be scanned must fit within an 8 1/2" x 11" page size. A Self Addressed Envelope must be included IF you want the pictures returned. Pictures will be discarded if there is no return envelope. All postage costs are for your own account. We take no responsibility for items damaged or lost in the mail.

• If we submit your web site into a Webring or to a Search Engine, we do not guarantee its acceptance. If we apply for free web-based services, we do not guarantee their provision.

• All text for all web pages will be written by you, the client. Grammar and spelling will not be checked on your submissions. Please think carefully about what you need and want your web site to say, and check your text for errors.

• If the web site will be that of a non-profit organization, please apply for our optional discount. We reserve the right to award or refuse this discount as we see fit.

• We reserve the right to refuse our service for any reason we see fit.
