Above are pictures of my 450 h.p. 1949 Chevy, You may have noticed it is mildly customized with a 1952 chevy steel tilt nose. I built the motor my self with the help of Chuck's Porting service, 350/4 bolt bored to 357 cu in,495 lift Compitition Cams cam, push rods and roller tip rockers, Eddlebrock AccuDrive gear drive, Eddelbrock duel quad manifold with twin 550 cfm Edelbrock 4 bbl carbs.,Accel electronic ignition, Tubeuler Automotive fenderwell headers, and a set of Corvette 194 Fuelie heads built to the max,ported, polished, hard service Manley chrome valves and springs, bronze guides, cc'ed and chambered. All this came up with 450 H.P. Transmission was beefed up turbo 350 with 2000-2300 rpm stalh converter and finally a GM 4:11 posi.
