I got the idea of making this flying cow from a European site.
Unfortunately while I was surfing my computer performed an illegal operation
and I lost the web address and I couldn't remember the site's name. But
as you can see from the picture, it's a very simple and easy to make project.
I'm sure the original "flying cow" is much larger then what I made.
Though the dimensions weren't specified, it's supposed to hang from the
ceiling. I decided to make this one somewhat desk / shelf size for a friend
of mine who is a cow "fanatic", and doesn't have much room in her apartment.
I made the cow using pine, and then painted it with acrylic paint.
It measures 4" long, 3 1/2" high, and has a wing span of 8 3/4"
