Small Box

My soon to be 7 year old Son had asked me to build him a wooden
box so that he could store all of his little treasures in it. Naturally
I had to agree to build him one, and came up with the design shown.
This simple box has a removable lid, and is left unfinished so that
he himself can decorate it any which way he wants.
Made entirely of 1/4" Poplar
5 1/2" wide X 2 1/2" high X 3 1/2" long

Cheese Knife Holder

This was one of those "I feel like making something out of wood,
but I haven't got much time" projects.
This cheese wedge took me no more then 30 minutes to make using a Proman
miter saw.

Yo-Yo
I sanded this pre made yo-yo down, gave it a
few coats of varnish, put it together, and now
it's ready for any yo-yo tricks.

Restored Coffee Table
|

I had originally had a "before" picture of
what this table looked like, but unfortunately it got lost during some
computer hardware installation.
This table had water damage all over. Everything
from glass rings to spilled orange juice.
I restored it by sanding the table top down, stained
it back to it's original color, and then gave it 3 coats of wipe on polyurethane.
