About CoolLabel

CoolLabel was designed and built by folks that needed a flexible labeling application for the various needs around the office. We use a combination of CDR, 4mm and 8mm medias for backup and various other needs. CoolLabel incorporates a drawing tool and several intelligent primitives to help you design any label for any media.

Currently CoolLabel ships with templates for CD, VHS, JAZ, ZIP, 4mm and 8mm medias. As more and more users create their own templates we hope to include more and various other templates to the collection.

CoolLabel uses the Escient CDDB protocol for extracting music CD information from their internet database. See www.cddb.com for details.
