Installation
If you have a previous version of the Windows Security Officer
on your computer, before installation of new version, you must click the right-button of
the mouse on the "Eye" icon in the System Tray Bar and choose the menu
item "Settings", then in the configuration window,
reset (disable by UN-checking the box) the option "Auto-run" and close the Windows
Security Officer.
UN-Zip the *.zip file to a temporary directory then run setup.exe.
(The easiest way to use Windows Security Officer 98 in Windows
98 is to, prior to installation or when first installed, go to the Windows Control Panel,
select Users, and enter the potential users names into the Users list. This
procedure will set up the individual user records in the Registry.)
