Thank you for coming. And yes, the site is patterned after the famous Stamp Trader List or STL
(only instead of stamps we exchange banknotes).
So it's basically about checking the list,
getting listed and proposing the trade. You have extra notes with you, trade with the
poeple on the list. If you want it done the other way, SIGN UP
