Navassa Island

"I wish to give special thanks to several people. First up is Elizabeth's Web from the San Francisco Bay Area who has done a marvelous job of desiging this terrific new web site. She worked with me for days in the design of it and put in some "tricks" of her own. Without her dedication, there would be no site. I encourage any of you who want a good looking site to promote your business or personal site to go to her to the job. None better.

I also wish to thank the following persons: Gerald Patnode who traveled all the way out from Baltimore to California to meet with me and sell me the island and go into business with me in the guano market; Gene Bechtel Esq. and Pat Clary Esq. & Charles Struve (consultant), my attornies, who worked long hours (including weekends) to get a good court case up against America over Navassa Isle. Thanks to International attorney Charles Le Beau who first prepared and submitted for me the all-important Affidavit and Bond for guano mining at Navassa which he filed with Sec. of State Warren Christopher and Bill Clinton. Barbara Larson who did research for me in D.C. Dennis Lanahan with John Hopkins University Applied Physics Lab for his invaluable geneaological research to help me find heirs to the Navassa Phosphate company. To my wife Shari who supported my efforts and who hereself did hours and hours of research. Thanks to Wm. Francis who assisted me in the early days with the court case filing and for his trust in me to make this happen. The some of the staff at Witichta State University in Kansas who knew and worked with the late Jimmy Skaggs. Manasse Mansur, consultant to Congressman Don Young who Chairs the House Resources Committee, for his encouragement and assistance in trying to get America to acknowledge my guano claim and ownership of Navassa. I also wish to thank Senator Jessie Helms for his assistance in doing inquiries for me with the G.S.A. and other agencies to try to help us get the claim honored and my rights acknowledged. Special thanks to retired attorney James Roe 3rd for his encouragement and consulting as I first prepared my lawsuit against Mr. Clinton and Babbitt and through the ensuing many months and years.
